We live in a world where you can sleep with someone but not check their phone. We live in a world where hooking up has become normalised. We live in a world where casual relationships have become common. We live in a world where men suicidal rates are hitting rooftops.
The more one goes into the depth of how all of this has a deep long term effect on our culture at large and its consequences, The more dystopia you uncover. We no longer live in the real world. We have lost all our connection with our lands.
Human Being have been turned into profit making machines for the mass corporations. If there’s anything that you do that they can’t make a profit out of, then its probably going to be deemed as unworthy, uncharacteristic, against your own good for the sake of propaganda and profit.
I remember going outside for some kind of physical activity when we were young (I still am but like early teenage years) but i don’t see any of that nowadays. That’s because if kids play outside, nobody is making a profit, whereas, if they are constantly scrolling, consuming media, being lazy; those corporations are making a profit.
Dating in this generation has been reduced to pixels on the screen with little to no room for authenticity, genuineness and loyalty. “Modern feminism” has reduced all the shame surrounding nudity to absolute zero. ‘Liberation’ has turned into “No man can tell us what to do or what to wear”. This all seems to be going in all the wrong direction.
In one of my previous blogs, i have touched on the rise of male loneliness and its all interconnected. Workforce participation among men has reduced. A lot of factors combined are leading us into a state of dystopia.
The path towards light seems a distant thing in current times. Many drastic measures need to undertaken in order to get us out of this. I’m not sure how, who and when we are gonna get out of this but for now, its all heading towards normalising a lot of nonsense.
